Thank you very much for your inspirational video (the Sunscreen song). I also read a few of your posts and watched the Children Full of Life documentary. Thanks for that as well!
As for your "Life Checklist": it's quite impressive what you've already managed to do and what you're still planning. I was just wondering whether you'd heard of Servas - it's a travelling organisation where you can stay in people's homes for a couple of days (sometimes longer) and you are encouraged to get to know your hosts through conversation. Many hosts are very interesting people and I've had the most incredible travel experiences through this organization. I've stayed on a Norwegian island with only 50 inhabitants, I've helped redecorate a Danish farmhouse, and was invited to pub music sessions in Scotland and Ireland I otherwise wouldn't have known about. As a host, we've had visitors from every continent, and some of them were the most fascinating people. If you're interested, I'd be happy to tell you more about it, just write me an email. If you don't know it already, that is. ;-)
Another thing entirely: have you ever heard of Tristan da Cunha? It's an island in the middle of nowhere, west of Africa, population just under 300. They're all related to one another and don't allow new immigrants, only long-term visitors such as doctors or teachers, who might stay a couple of years, and a few tourists each year. Check their website: http://www.tristandc.com/ I don't know if you'll like it as much as I did, but that's one of my long-term projects.
Sorry if this message was too long and random - I just thought you might like to know I liked your video and could use some ideas for your travel plans.

Best wishes from Austria!

Hey Ki'une,

I really liked how, in response to what would scare the pants off of you, you mentioned stuff such as rock climbing and slacklining as opposed to mental fears. I found myself responding to someone in a similar way recently when asked about my fears. I told them that although I do have some mental fears that will make my heart race, I trust myself to just go through them despite the fear. Stuff like a giant several hundred foot whipper on a rock face, however, still scares the crap out of me!

Good luck with your Club Dance projects! I'd love to hear how that goes, especially since I just wrote an article on how shy guys can learn how to dance.

Take care,
Ben
